What we collect
When you complete our contact form, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, phone (if you provide it), website (if you provide it), and the message you send. When you browse the site, we may also collect limited technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, and how you use the site, through cookies and analytics.
How we use it
We use your information to read and respond to your enquiry and to stay in touch about it. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in receiving and responding to enquiries, and your consent where it is required, for example for non-essential cookies. We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to make the site work, and we may use optional analytics cookies to understand how it is used. Essential cookies are needed for the site to function. Analytics cookies are optional, and where we use them you can accept or decline them through the banner shown on your first visit, and change your choice at any time in your browser settings.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the site and our business, such as our website host and our email provider, and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, and then delete it. We store it securely and limit who can access it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to provide a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or provide it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email contact@exlr8.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
